This week was a great week for me.   It is really funny for me, I do mostly the same thing in terms if diet and the gym each week, but my body sometimes just drops the weight.     I love those weeks!!!

Total lost: 84 pounds

So after doing this weight loss game for almost a year, and dropping around 85 pounds I figured I would create this blog to  have a spot I can post my random thoughts on weight loss.   I still have a few more pounds to drop (around 20) so we will see how this goes.   I will try and post weekly weight loss updates on Fridays and random posts during the week.  If you some how find your way here and want to leave a comment with a question or topic you want my uneducated answer to, please leave it in the comments and I will take my best stab at it.

After reading a few other blogs but never really reaching out to any of them, I figured I would give a shout out to a few of them here.   If you have any others to suggest, or have one yourself on weight loss, please leave it in the comments below.  I love reading about others who are doing the same thing as me.
